Returning of an Item

It is of upmost importance to us that you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an immediate refund or exchange.

We need your email tracking number and order number to our Customer Service Team after you have sent your package out. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

Before returning, please contact our Customer Service Team at service@wtfaccessories.com and carefully follow instructions given by them.

Shipping Costs for Returns

For re-delivery on order exchanges and dissatisfaction with products,

Within 15 days, After you received the item:

We will afford the shipping costs for Returns.

Over 16 days,After you received the item:

You will still be responsible for returning and re-delivery costs incurred.

The receiving date gets by the tracking information,if there is no tracking information,we will get the receiving date as that,after 30 days we marked the order status Shipped.

Refunds

For some cases, customer may not get a full refund after communicate with our customer service team. Shipping and handling fees are only refundable on defective, incorrect or missing orders.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will credit your refund back to PayPal or credit card. Please note that if you still have not received your refund in 13 working days, please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any inquiries regarding your refund 

Return & Exchange Policies

The items must be in their original condition and packaging for returns and exchanges. Items sold together as a promotional offer cannot be returned separately. Please note the reason and details for your return or exchange on the delivery invoice form that must be included with your package.

For exchanges, the items must be in unworn, unused condition and be within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are only valid once for the same item in a different size.

Items under Promotions & Sales

Please note your entire purchase will be sent in ONE package under any promotion, sale and special offer. Your purchase is NOT eligible for exchange and refund unless it is defective, incorrect or a missing order

No returns will be accepted for Promotions & Sales items (which also includes products $10 or less)
